All prices at Casa Ghiorsi are stated in Danish Kroner (DKK) and are inclusive of VAT and any applicable charges. We reserve the right to adjust prices on a day-to-day basis without prior notice. Subject to availability.

Casa Ghiorsi accepts payment by bank transfer. All amounts are in DKK (Danish Kroner) and are inclusive of VAT. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cannot guarantee availability of all products and services.

Casa Ghiorsi, represented by Simone Ghiorsi, provides services in the form of accommodation and experiences. In addition, products may be offered for sale. Courses or instructional activities may also be offered.

In accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven), a 2-year statutory right of complaint applies. This right covers defects in materials and/or workmanship. Depending on the specific circumstances, you may be entitled to have the item repaired, exchanged, or to receive a full or partial refund.

The right of complaint does not cover faults or damage resulting from improper handling of the product or service. Any complaint must be raised within areasonable timeafter you have discovered the defect or fault.

Casa Ghiorsi will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

In the event of a refund, please provide your bank details — specifically yoursort code (registration number)andaccount number— so that the agreed amount can be transferred to you. These details can safely be provided by email or other electronic means, as they are not classified as sensitive personal data and will only be used to process your refund.

However, Casa Ghiorsi offers the following cancellation terms:

• Cancellation more than 3 weeks before the stay:Full refund.
• Cancellation 3 weeks or fewer before the stay:Refund minus DKK 1,000.

If an arrangement is cancelled by Casa Ghiorsi, the full amount paid will of course be refunded, and the sum will be transferred to your nominated bank account.

Withdrawal must be communicated no later than 21 days before the start of the stay. Notice must be given by email tocasaghiorsi16@gmail.com. Your message must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Please note: You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal simply by refusing to accept delivery of goods or services without simultaneously providing clear written notice of your intention to withdraw.

If you withdraw from your purchase, you will receive a refund of the amount paid to us, with the exception of DKK 1,000 if you cancel fewer than 3 weeks before the expected date of arrival.

Should there be any depreciation in value for which you are liable, this will be deducted from the refund amount. We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, unless you have previously provided documentation of having returned them.

In order to enter into an agreement with us and to use our website, we require the following information from you:

• Details of what you have purchased

We process your personal data for the purpose of delivering the service to you and for handling any enquiries regarding your purchase. Processing is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, where you can read more about how your data is processed, when it is deleted, and what rights you have as a registered individual.
